Tuscola is a half-hour north and an easy drive we're glad to make. It's a small town with a strong sense of itself, and the portrait work reflects that: family sessions that span three generations, business owners who need a headshot that actually looks like them, seniors marking a last year at Tuscola High School, and expecting mothers who want something more considered than a phone photo in a mirror.

Ervin Park is our most-used Tuscola location — mature trees, open lawn, and enough space to move a large family group around as the light changes. Downtown Tuscola provides brick, storefronts, and clean lines for editorial and branding portraits, and the open ground north of town gives wide prairie horizons that make striking large-format wall pieces in late summer and early autumn.

Because Tuscola sessions are usually on location, we plan carefully. You'll get wardrobe guidance ahead of time, we'll pick a start time based on the sun rather than convenience, and we'll build the session around the finished piece you actually want in your home. Design consultations happen at our Mattoon studio or online, and every commission is delivered framed and ready to hang.
