A headshot that actually looks like you on your best day
Most professional headshots fail for the same reason: they are made quickly, under flat light, by someone who never asked what the picture is for. We start the other way around. Before you sit down, we know whether the image is going on a law firm bio page, a hospital directory, a press kit, or a framed print outside your office — and we light and crop it accordingly.
The sitting itself happens in our Mattoon studio, twenty minutes from Charleston and a short drive from Champaign and Effingham. You will be coached the entire time — jaw, shoulders, hands, breath — because almost nobody knows what to do in front of a camera, and that is our job, not yours.
Every commission is retouched by hand. We remove the stray hair and the tired morning, never the lines that make you look like a person people trust.

- Headshot commissions begin at $375 and include the consultation, the studio sitting, professional retouching, and print-ready delivery. Team pricing is quoted per group.

- Plan on about 45 minutes in the studio. Team headshot days are scheduled in 15-minute rotations on site or in our Mattoon studio.
